would love to return
The stay was amazing! Our queen room had a private bathroom and a balcony with stunning harbor views. The carpeted floors felt cozy, and the shared bathroom was super clean. The spa facilities were relaxing, perfect for unwinding. Great location, just steps from the ferry and surrounded by lovely food spots.

Charming Victorian architecture with lovely harbor views made for a memorable experience. The balcony of room eight offered a perfect spot for breakfast and soaking in the breezes while being conveniently close to the beach and local dining options.
While the location is superb, the seating in the common areas felt less comfortable for lounging during the wine and cheese hour. The nearby ferry, which initially raised concerns about noise, turned out to be surprisingly quiet, but personal preference might lean toward a more tranquil environment.

The charming Victorian architecture and lovely harbor views made our stay feel magical. The inviting common areas and accessible layout added to my comfort, allowing me to enjoy the wine and cheese hour without any hassle.
More comfortable seating in common areas would be great.

I stayed in a Queen Room with a balcony and the views were fantastic! The room was cozy but a bit small. The bed was comfortable enough. It had a nice vibe overall, but the bathroom could've used a little updating. The common areas had some nice touches but seating comfort could be better.

Just a reliable pick for a brief sojourn in New Shoreham with good value for cost. The staff were super nice and provided beach chairs to bring over to Ballard's. Make sure to catch the wine and cheese on the balcony if you can.
